My name is Anthony Driscoll, I am a digital user experience designer and consultant located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I hold a Master's Degree in Design + Technology from Parsons The New School for Design in New York City and my B.F.A in Graphic Design and Ceramics from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
I spent the early years of my career in NYC as a digital art director and interactive designer for CBS News, Ogilvy & Mather, NBC Universal, Metropolitan Museum of Art and Transpack.net.
My love for UX evolved from a constant drive to make simpler, more powerful, experiences and interactions within digital products. I always found myself more interested in why a certain asset was in a particular place rather than what opacity the gradient fill should be.
Currently I am the head of user experience at WeSpeke, a small social language learning startup in Pittsburgh, PA.
I also spend my Tuesday nights teaching Interactive Mobile Design (IMD412) and User Centered Design (IMD123) at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
